In the main house there are three en-suite rooms. A king-size double, a superking-size doubletwin and a family room that has two rooms, one for the children, one for the adults. Directions

Coming off the A30 at FraddonKingsley follows the signs to Ladock. As you enter Ladock on the B3275 take the first left by The Falmouth Arms pub. Our car park is then the first left. Coming from Truro take the A390 (St. Austell) until you see a Mercedes Garage . Take a left here and follow the B3275 until you arrive at Ladock. Take the second right as you are going through the village and our car park is on your left.
